Welcome and thank you for reviewing what we have to offer through personal training, fitness, and overall wellness. I am a certified personal trainer and former physical therapist assistant, so I focus on physical function and form to achieve maximum benefits from your workout. What we do
One on One-1 hour session working with a personal trainer to work on your individual goals; see our "services" page for specific training to address your health & fitness goals
In-Home Training-1 hour (or more) offers working out in a familiar setting while enjoying the convenience of not having to travel and using equipment you have already invested in; if you need equipment I can work with you to purchase just what you need for your workouts
online virtual training available due to covid or for your convenience
customized workout program without trainer-programs can be created to use on your own or at your workout facility

What is your favorite part of the experience working together?
My favorite part of working together is building my upper body strength. I am surprised that I can now do the upper body work that Brian gives me. Before, I always thought of myself as a weakling when it came to arm strength. I did not even know I had back and shoulder muscles before working with Brian.

Would you recommend that others work with me, and if so, why?
Brian is a highly inspirational individual and has a solid background in personal training and physical therapy. He is hard working and will tailor a successful exercise regimen that will allow anyone to achieve their goals.
What is your favorite part of the experience working together?
My favorite part of the experience working together is that it’s fun. Yes the workouts are challenging in the right ways and I’ll definitely feel fatigued at the end, but during the workouts there’s conversation and laughter which makes everything a bit better and less intimidating. I never dread going to a workout because I know that even though it’ll be tough, at least it’s a positive workout environment.
Would you recommend that others work with me, and if so, why?
I would for sure recommend that others work with you! You take the time to understand people’s goals and are very easy to work with. You are able to push me farther than I think I can go, but never cross the “too much” threshold. People who work with you will feel challenged and successful which is a wonderful feeling.
