My story.
Hello, I am Brian Sallade the owner and trainer for Standard Health LLC. Welcome! Let’s start a fitness training program that meets your personal needs.
Standard Health LLC was created to provide the highest standard of fitness, nutrition and wellness services for clients who desire a happy and health life. We work with each individuaal to customize a plan to reach personal health and wellness goals.
Before starting Standard Health LLC, I worked at a personal training facility providing customized fitness plans for a variety of clients from seniors, high school athletes, professional athletes, business executives to individuals without prior fitness experience. With over ten years of personal training experience, I have completed numerous fitness and nutrition consultations for individuals as well as wellness programs for local corporations. In addition to my personal training experience, I am a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over three years of outpatient therapy experience. This affords me additional insight into orthopedic and neurological disorders, past injuries and/or surgeries to develop exercise programs that take these factors into consideration.

- ACE Senior Fitness Certification
- CPR/AED certified for Health Care worker
Strength Training
Strength training-is the process of using resistance to increase muscular strength. Benefits include: improving self- image, ability to perform daily tasks more easily and improving balance and posture.
Flexibility
Flexibility is the range of motion in a joint or group of joints or the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion. Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles. Improving your flexibility can help you move more comfortably throughout the day.
In-Home Personal Training
Training (my home or yours) A newly remodeled facility containing equipment for
strength, cardio, balance and core training. Prefer to train at your home? I can bring equipment with me and work within your space/work with equipment you have.
