Flexibility is the range of motion in a joint or group of joints or the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion. Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles. Improving your flexibility can help you move more comfortably throughout the day.

 Free Initial Evaluation

Our first hour session will be a health and fitness screening, featuring such things as balance, core, posture and gait analysis along with a health questionnaire, so that I may better create your personalized work-out program. The evaluation is an important step to provide both the client and trainer with insightful data to create meaningful goals and ensure safety and success in reaching those goals.

Personalized Work-Out Program

Your personalized work-out program will contain exercises that address your goals, using your current fitness level. It will be created to work out all body muscle groups and fit the exercise frequency that you have determined.

Your custom program is tailored to needs identified through the initial evaluation and is based on your personal goals, current health status, budget, and your schedule. Therefore, you will be given a custom program for personal training and a separate program for self-use at home if desired

Customized Workout Program Without Trainer

If you feel having a trainer is not a fit for you financially or personally, I can create a program to use on your own at your workout facility. After an evaluation, I will walk you through how to complete your workout program correctly and safely. Pricing based on the frequency of the updated program.
